RN Staff Nurse SNF PRN - DAYS

Role Overview As an RN Staff Nurse SNF PRN – DAYS at LCMC Health, you will provide skilled nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, supporting patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Primary Responsibilities Assist patients and families with care plans and recovery processes. Provide comfort, encouragement, and motivation during rehabilitation. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient progress. Monitor patient status and document care. Qualifications Current RN license in Louisiana. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Strong communication and compassionate care skills. Work Schedule Day shift, PRN (as needed). Location East Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
