Warehouse WorkerJoin a dynamic team dedicated to distributing a variety of plumbing, piping, tubing, and other household items. Our medium-sized warehouse in Nampa is seeking skilled individuals to become part of our growing workforce.ResponsibilitiesPull, package, ship, and receive products within the warehouse.Operate and become certified on both propane and electric forklifts.Work outside occasionally and lift up to 50 lbs on a semi-consistent basis.Transition into a driving role after conversion, handling both warehouse duties and driving non-CDL box or pickup trucks.Maintain a clean driving record, with no more than 3 infractions in the past year and no DUIs.Essential SkillsPrevious warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.Willingness to work both in the warehouse and on the road.Ability to lift 50 lbs semi-consistently.Clean driving record as specified.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift experience preferred but not required.Interest in moving into a driving role.Why Work Here?Experience the opportunity for advancement in a smaller company where growth is encouraged. Utilize both electric and propane forklifts and pallet jacks. Join a team that operates on a day shift from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with potential for a 7am-4pm shift in the future. Dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirt, jacket, and mandatory steel/composite-toed shoes or boots.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of NAMPA, ID.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
