Basic Function
Manipulate boards from conveyors to carts to create lumber packages in various stage of production.
Responsibilities- 1.Safely move boards from conveyors to carts.
- 2.Create lumber packages according to operating specifications.
- 3.Secure lumber using various types of banding as needed.
- 4.Push carts (when filled and empty) to locations for fork truck pick up.
- 5.Record package details on both paper forms and computer.
- 6.Clean area when other lumber duties are absent.
- 7.Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor.
