Electrical Apprentice The Electrical Apprentice position is an on‑the‑job training program designed to prepare candidates to become licensed electricians. Partners with a licensed journeyman electrician, the role offers hands‑on experience on multifamily and commercial installations and a clear career path to managing larger projects. Responsibilities Partner with a licensed journeyman electrician and receive on‑the‑job training (OJT). Assist in the installation of electrical systems for multifamily and commercial properties. Learn and perform all scopes of large‑scale projects, from distribution to rough‑in, trim, and deck work. Participate in the official apprenticeship program and attend required classes. Comply with safety requirements and employment standards for a safety‑sensitive position, including background checks and drug testing. Qualifications Motivated individuals seeking to learn the electrical trade. High school diploma or GED with reliable transportation. Successfully register, enroll, and maintain good standing in an approved electrical apprenticeship program until completion. Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job. Willingness to learn electrical codes, construction safety requirements, and core company values (integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth).
