Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Springdale, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding property to help identify and report security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with site leadership, healthcare staff, and Allied Universal personnel regarding incidents and security-related observations. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
