Interventional Pain Physician

South Carolina Interventional Pain Management Opportunity Mid‑size town in northern South Carolina located near Greenville, SC, Asheville and Charlotte, NC. Interventional pain management – open to PM & R or anesthesia background, with interventional pain fellowship or experience. Option for either full‑time or part‑time. Joining a multi‑specialty practice with chiropractor. Virtually no call. Office hours: Monday‑Thursday 7:45am‑5:00pm, Friday 7:45am‑1:00pm. Practice details: approximately 6,000sqft, digital X‑ray, C‑arm/fluoro and ultrasound on site; support staff of 9 full‑time plus administrator/office manager; staff includes 2 front office, 2 insurance, lab tech, X‑ray tech, MA, scribe. Skills & Responsibilities Willingness to see new patients and conduct office visits with medication/narcotic management. Perform nerve blocks, medial branch blocks, large/small joint injections, SI injections, epidurals, RFAs and introduce spinal cord stimulator trials. Collaborate with physicians to introduce additional profitable procedures while ensuring patient candidacy. Patient Population / Volume 60‑70% Medicare/Medicaid; remaining commercial pay; Current volume of approximately 150 patients per week. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $300,000–$375,000. Bonus/incentives available after first year. Benefits: malpractice, CME allowance, license fees, vacation/holidays, relocation (negotiable). Partnership opportunity after first year for an entrepreneurial physician. Community County population ~400,000, drawing patients from surrounding counties; patients may travel up to 90 minutes.
