We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare office environment . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and ensuring office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate calendars
- Create and maintain patient charts and records
- Perform filing and maintain organized office documentation
- Communicate with referral sources and internal staff
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or secretarial experience
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and office software proficiency
- Previous healthcare office experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
