Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated online Computer Science tutors serving students in Portland, OR to join our dynamic platform. Whether you're a seasoned Computer Science tutor or new to teaching, our flexible, fully remote model lets you set your own schedule, define your rates, and work one-on-one with motivated students over video, all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

Personalized Online Tutoring: Deliver one-on-one Computer Science sessions over video, tailored to each student's goals, level, and learning style.
Hands-On Coding: Guide students through writing, debugging, and understanding real code, from fundamentals to projects.
Concept Mastery: Make computer science concepts click with clear explanations and practical, project-based exercises.
Progress & Accountability: Track each student's growth, assign practice, and keep them motivated session over session.

Requirements

Solid programming/computer science background and prior experience teaching or tutoring others.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet space for online video lessons.
Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
