Experience Professional Care Solutions is a nurse-led in-home care agency helping seniors and adults who need extra support remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

Due to continued client growth, we're urgently hiring dependable Daytime Caregivers for recurring daytime shift blocks.

Whether you've worked as a caregiver, CNA, healthcare professional, teacher, military member, or you've spent years caring for a parent, spouse, family member, friend, or neighbor, your life experience can make a meaningful difference in this role. Previous professional caregiving experience is appreciated but not required. We provide a thorough orientation and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful in your role.

• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs.

As a Care Provider , you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Supporting mobility and safe transfers

• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

• Completing documentation accurately and on time

• Following individualized care plans and safety protocols
  

All new hires begin as Care Providers , with opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead through demonstrated reliability and competency.

$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
