Packaging Operator
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: $18.50 to $20.35
Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM; Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical packaging line equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Perform inspection, labeling, hand cartoning, packing, palletizing, hopper filling, and other packaging activities.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and line clearances between production batches to maintain workflow.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Complete Line Packaging Records (LPRs) and other production documentation accurately and timely.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
