Customer Service Rep / Administrative Assistant

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders
• Finalize export documents and send to shipping line or customer for delivery
• Help customers with complaints and questions. Submit claims to management, follow up to ensure resolution
• Give customers information about products and services
• Answering phone and booking appointments
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree​​​​​​
