About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll serve as the face of American Mattress in one of our local showrooms. You’ll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the perfect sleep solution, while earning competitive pay through base compensation, commission, and performance bonuses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional service with a personal touch. Learn about our mattress products and help customers find the right fit. Maintain a clean, organized showroom that reflects our brand standards. Handle basic operational tasks including inventory, point-of-sale, and opening/closing duties. Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and customer needs. Take ownership of your store’s daily performance and customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Paid training to set you up for success. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations throughout Metro Detroit.
