Their focus includeslow-, mid-rise residential developmentsacross Florida and other markets.This position will primarily supportlow-rise multifamily developments (3–5 stories)throughout Florida,Southeast and Central Floridaeach typically ranging from$40M to $60M in project value . With a strong development pipeline and long-term vision, this role offers significantcareer growth and leadership opportunity .About the PositionTheProject Managerwill serve as theowner's advocate and project leader , to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.The company partners withthird-party general contractorsto build their developments, and this role will act as thedaily eyes and ears for the ownership team , protecting the company's investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.Key responsibilities include oversight acrosspreconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution , while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.This role will focus onground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units , with attractive design and finish levels.RequirementsMinimum5years of construction project management experienceExperience managingground-up multifamilyresidential constructionExperienceworking withdevelopers and general contractorsis stronglypreferred.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering,Architecture, or related fieldpreferred but not requiredLocationMust belocal to or within commuting distanceof Fort Lauderdale, FloridaAbility tovisit job sites and report progress.Project TypesGround-up multifamily residential developments3–5 story buildings160–200 units per projectProject Size$40M – $60M per developmentBenefitsBase Salary:$120,000.00to $160,000.00Performance-basedbonus opportunityHealthcare benefits401(k)retirementplanAuto allowanceExpense reimbursementOpportunity to work on ahigh-growthdevelopment pipeline
