Travel Registered Nurse - Acute Rehab

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse for our Acute Rehab Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to those in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility transfers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients regarding care and treatment plans.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure patients are prepared for transitions.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Utah RN license at the time of submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
