Director, Capital Markets & Treasury Strategy

DRiV Incorporated, a leading global aftermarket business, seeks a Director, Capital Markets to lead strategy and execution of debt financing, structured finance, and capital structure optimization.
This role partners with executive leadership, FP&A, Tax, and Legal to evaluate financing solutions, manage relationships with banks and rating agencies, and support inorganic growth strategies. Hybrid work arrangement across IL/MI regions.
