Senior Tax Manager We are partnering with a leading global organization to recruit a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager . The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing ASC 740 tax provision accounting, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, driving process enhancements, and supporting all facets of the tax compliance function. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and proven leadership in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities include: Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and disclosures Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic planning Support global tax compliance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and external auditors Leverage tax technology tools such as OneSource or equivalent software to optimize processes The right candidate for this Senior Tax Manager opportunity will have: CPA designation required 8–10+ years of progressive experience in tax, with a strong focus on tax provision Extensive experience with OneSource or similar tax provision software Prior experience with Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred Proven experience working with large, publicly traded global companies Strong track record of career progression and professional stability Additional Information: Candidates must be based in the Atlanta, GA area This role offers hybrid work flexibility Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
