You will work with children that have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidence of an experienced BCBA. Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way. Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities: Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA Collect and record data daily Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Comunicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills: Passion Confidence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration Dependability Patience This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while working in a supportive team environment.
