Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a team in Willis, Texas!

Pay: $24+/hr DOE
Location: Willis, TX
What You'll Be Doing

• Help bring marketing campaigns to life by coordinating projects, content, and promotional activities
• Create engaging materials for social media, email, presentations, product promotions, and sales outreach
• Adapt existing marketing content to connect with local customers and business needs
• Work with sales to understand what they need and help develop materials that support their goals
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, online content, and lead follow-up
• Help organize product launches, trade shows, customer events, and other promotional activities
• Keep marketing materials, graphics, photos, videos, and presentations organized and up to date
• Track marketing leads and help ensure they are properly recorded and followed up on
• Assist with campaign reporting and monitor engagement, lead activity, and results
• Research customers, competitors, and industry trends to help identify new opportunities
• Share creative ideas for campaigns, content, and promotional materials
• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials
• Work with team members to develop content and ideas that can be used across different markets
• Support ongoing marketing projects and help keep deadlines and priorities on track

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
• Experience creating content for social media, email, or other digital and print channels
• Comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with sales and marketing teams
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and lead generation
• Able to work with data and put together simple reports
• Interested in learning more about technical products and how to market them
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but training can be provided
• Manufacturing, industrial, packaging, automation, or technology experience is helpful but not required
