Clinical Physical Therapist Opportunity - Avon, CO

Position Overview: In this role, you'll deliver physical therapy services across a variety of settings, including nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and inpatient units. Working with a skilled healthcare team, you'll manage a daily caseload of around 8 patients, focusing on helping each individual regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
CPR certification and BLS preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills and typing proficiency
Team-oriented approach to ensure cohesive patient care
