Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. Location: San Pedro. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
