Senior AI Data Engineer
We are seeking a Senior AI Data Engineer to take ownership of full lifecycle data projects from requirements gathering to production deployment. This role will involve building data lakes, analytics pipelines, and lightweight applications while collaborating with teams across data science, finance, and clinical operations to inform decision-making. You will deploy solutions to production and monitor their health post-deployment, ensuring robust AI-first data engineering practices throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle data projects from requirements to production.
- Build data lakes and analytics pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to power decisions.
- Deploy solutions and monitor their health.
- Design verification loops and model context for AI agents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with production pipelines.
- Expertise in Python for ETL, orchestration, and automation.
- Deep SQL skills, including optimization and data modeling.
- 2+ years of experience with AI-first development workflows.
- 4+ years of experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift) or Azure.
- 2+ years of experience with orchestration frameworks; 1+ year with Snowflake.
