Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN):

As an Registered Nurse (RN) at The Blossoms at Oak Grove, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional nursing care. Your expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN) will shine as you oversee our dedicated nursing team. Responsibilities:

In this vital role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care

• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

• Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus

• Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you should meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment

• Current CPR certification

• Basic computer skills

• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
