About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO. This pivotal role is focused on driving the company's evolution into an AI-native, product-led organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner in defining and executing product strategy, ensuring that development aligns with customer needs and business goals. They will also be instrumental in building an AI-native culture, identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases, and leading initiatives that embed AI into the core product experiences. The role requires a top performer with a background in management consulting, experience in fast-paced startups, and a strong ability to work across product and business teams. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include product strategy and execution, category development, and leading special projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' of experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership and hustle. They should be comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and have a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes. The role also involves business performance, people, and culture, with a focus on defining and tracking key KPIs, improving team effectiveness, and staying close to ground realities through feedback loops. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a bias for action are essential for this position.
