Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include product strategy and execution, category development, and leading special projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' of experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a high level of ownership and hustle. They should be comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and have a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes. The role also involves business performance, people, and culture, with a focus on defining and tracking key KPIs, improving team effectiveness, and staying close to ground realities through feedback loops.
