About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Cell and Gene Therapy with a strong commercial background to lead the global strategy, performance, and operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a data-driven business strategy that is in line with long-term growth targets, translating this strategy into actionable plans, and leading commercial efforts to drive revenue growth. This role also involves owning the full P&L performance, building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and industry standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in pharma services or a related industry. The role requires a proven track record in P&L ownership, experience in leading commercial strategy and business development initiatives, and a deep understanding of GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing global, cross-functional teams, and executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities. The Vice President will also be expected to drive operational excellence, including LEAN practices and continuous improvement, and to partner with operations and supply chain for accurate forecasting and delivery.
