Maintenance Planner

As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non‑technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel. How You Will Contribute Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—to ensure process stability and participate in the Daily Management System meetings at the shift and line level. Own the technology, process and centerline settings for the equipment and have deep technical mastery; manage PM systems and KPIs for the line(s) and oversee the R&M budget. Develop and execute preventive and time‑based maintenance plans, build the team's capability, and lead PM initiatives at the line and department level. Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and special maintenance tasks, manage change, localize spares, perform breakdown analysis, and reduce R&M cost; represent the line(s) as site technology owner in regional and global forums. Assist the VSU team with new initiatives, guide benchmarking and reapplication, and serve as subject matter expert and PM trainer for the plant. What You Will Bring Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance steps, and the ability to maintain equipment at basic conditions independently, including AM & PM execution and TPM phase problem‑solving tools. Ability to lead the line role, qualify and coach next‑level SWP owners, and drive improvement opportunities with PDCA. Experience as a Line Leader, developing and aligning the goal/master plan, managing IDP, and coaching team members on performance and career development. Education / Certifications High School Diploma – Required – Bachelor's degree – Preferred Job Specific Requirements Strong background in SAP Systems. Minimum 2 years in manufacturing maintenance planning. Maintain accurate equipment specifications, information and parts lists (BOMs). Build and maintain equipment master data in SAP, equipment tree and BOMs. Daily planning and scheduling. Develop, plan and manage TBM/CBM/Calibration plans. Create PM standards and procedures. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, first shift (7 AM – 3 PM); availability on call during non‑working hours. Salary and Benefits The base salary range is $77,600 to $106,700. The exact salary depends on experience, skills, education and location. Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program.
