The IDN Strategy Lead (Program Delivery Lead) leads the execution of the IDN operating model by managing Service Operations Committee (SOC) forums, synthesizing provider feedback into actionable insights, alongside trending data/feedback, and drives cross-functional alignment across enterprise teams. You will play a critical role in connecting provider experience, operational performance and negotiation strategy.
Further, this role strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards improved quality metrics. The Program Delivery Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
As the Program Delivery Lead, you will develop programs designed to drive value. You will partner with leaders regarding implementation planning. Review and communicate results of programs. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience in healthcare strategy and operations
Experience working directly with providers or with the markets
Experience with PPI, Provider Operations, Claims
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across enterprise teams
Analytical mindset - ability to interpret data and identify trends
Exceptional communication skills - ability to simplify complex concepts, manage provider facing conversations
Ability and willingness to travel less than 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Background in consulting or transformation roles
Experience leading large-scale initiatives or programs (not just tasks)
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure
Additional Information
This role is "remote/work at home" and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
