Digital and Omnichannel Director

As we grow our business, we are looking for a new Digital and Omnichannel Director to drive end-to-end consumer conversion and revenue growth by orchestrating all physical and digital touchpoints across the consumer journey in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end consumer conversion and revenue growth across all physical and digital touchpoints.• Connect and support Brand, Product Line and Digital Marketing strategies, E‑commerce and Commercial performance to deliver measurable business results.• Take full responsibility for execution of the internal and external annual activation plans.• Provide true ownership and accountability for the role, influencing strategy and day‑to‑day execution. Qualifications • Extensive experience within Digital Marketing, E‑commerce and Performance Marketing.• Digital‑first mindset combined with a data‑driven, performance‑oriented approach.• Strong commercial acumen and omnichannel expertise.• Analytical skills with ROI and budget optimisation experience across the full funnel.• Experience in D2C business, P&L management, online platform and e‑commerce management, and social media and AI marketing tools familiarity.
