We are a new college preparatory elementary and middle school serving the students of Jackson, MS.Responsibilities and DutiesAddressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issuesWalking staff through installing applications and computer peripheralsAsking targeted questions to diagnose problemsGuiding users with simple, step-by-step instructionsConducting remote troubleshootingSupporting technology inventorying and warranty processesTesting alternative pathways until an issue is resolvedCustomizing desktop applications to meet user needsRecording technical issues and solutions in logs and creating technical documentation and manualsDirecting unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelFollowing up with clients to ensure their systems are functionalReporting customer feedback and potential product requestsAny other job-related duties assigned by managementRequirementsTo be a part of the Ambition Prep team, it is required that all candidates possess an unwavering commitment to Ambition Prep's mission, students, families, and community through the implementation of policies and procedures.
