END CLIENT: CJR Renewables.

Compensation: Base Salary - USD $130,000 to $160,000, Per diem $120/day, 7 days/week except when on rotation (CJR pays rotation travel, no hotels booked - per diem covers lodging). Company truck provided for work-related use once on site in Alamogordo, NM.

LOCATION: Utility-scale solar/BESS construction project in Alamogordo, NM (start in Houston office, relocate to site).

Supervises and directs field crews and subcontractors for the electrical scope; enforces OSHA compliance and QA/QC standards; leads daily coordination with GS/CM, tailboard meetings, and look-ahead planning.

REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS preferred); U.S. work experience required; OSHA 30.
