At The Tap, we believe memorable dining experiences start with great people. We're looking for Servers who enjoy connecting with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

As a Server, you'll be more than someone who takes orders and delivers food. You'll be an important part of the guest experience by helping create the energy and atmosphere that keep guests coming back.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment.
• Support opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and serving others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
