Quality Inspector IThe Quality Inspector I at Hyve Solutions Corporation is responsible for performing quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components, assemblies, and systems according to established procedures, blueprints, and specifications.Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and gauges, to verify product conformity.Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in appropriate systems and logs.Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes as required.Assist in the investigation of quality issues and contribute to root cause analysis.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality discrepancies.Perform basic data entry and maintain inspection records.Adhere to all company quality policies and procedures.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.0-2 years of experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Proficiency in using basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, rulers).Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
