This role involves caring for patients in a critical stage of recovery. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and administering medications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. The position requires flexibility, as the nurse will be expected to float as needed. Candidates must have current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. This is a night shift position, requiring work from 7 PM to 7 AM. The hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts during the assignment as needed. The charting system used for documentation is Cerner.
