At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Mobile Crisis Counselor – Goldsboro, NC to join our team.

Your Role in Our Mission
As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you'll be on the front lines supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Working as part of a compassionate, fast-acting team, you'll provide assessments, interventions, and strength-based crisis planning to ensure safety and stabilization. Every day, you'll collaborate with families, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to deliver timely, coordinated care; helping individuals find hope and regain stability when they need it most.

- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00/Hr.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm

What We're Looking For:
To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in community and office-based settings, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, and demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to connect families to community resources:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
- Valid unrestricted NC driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
