You’ll get to:Develop, review, and maintain technical standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational quality expectations.Set and drive system architecture definition and engineering standards for new product development while partnering with cross-functional product development teams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes and methodologies.Manage tasks effectively based on project schedules and scope in a fast-paced environment, while proactively identifying and mitigating scope creep.Collaborate closely with mechanical, hardware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.Evaluate schematics and layout design practices and quickly identify single-fault failures and other critical design risks.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams developing electronic hardware designs for the power tool industry.Conduct design reviews of technical documentation and electrical designs with a focus on system safety, product quality, and engineering best practices.Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex electronic issues across products and platforms.Participate in safety reviews, conduct system fault hazard analysis, and assess platformed component integration for compatibility, functionality, and best practices.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. The Salary range for this position is $110,600.00 - $178,000.00
