Site Program Manager

Site Program Manager KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to intelligence and national security communities. This contingent position, based in LasCruces, NewMexico, supports a government client on behalf of KBR. Key Responsibilities Direct all contractor site resources in coordination with functional managers. Support the enterprise Program Manager in reviewing business systems, administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency. Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets. Respond to the site COTR/CLIN Manager for day‑to‑day direction and prioritization of work. Oversee overall day‑to‑day management functions. Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce to carry out the functions of the SOW. Notify Government points of contact of significant facility events. Monitor the execution of financial activities to align with Government execution requirements per fiscal year. Identify issues and adapt program plans according to customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk. Develop plans and schedules, and define and document implementation of requirements. Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances and take corrective action. Review and clarify contract requirements, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to fulfill them. Identify potential downstream issues that may impact meeting requirements and recommend mitigation. Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent, and transparent communication. Ensure continuity of support during contractor personnel changes and approve staffing alignments/allocations. Interface with the CO, COTR, and Government leadership. Qualifications Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph. Ten (10) years of program management experience with large, complex operational and sustainment requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Management experience with P&L responsibility. Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of project management concepts, including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables. Willingness and familiarity with managing a 24/7/365 operational environment. Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills. Ability to operate independently in a complex and changing environment. Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations. Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects. Desired: PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience managing secure facilities. Compensation Basic Compensation: $145,200 – $181,500 (NM area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, such as sign‑on bonuses, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
