**Inbound Growth Operator (Independent Contractor)**

Crezivanta builds cinematic websites and custom browser extensions for founders, brands, and agencies.

We’re now onboarding Inbound Growth Operators who can use their own channels, skills, and strategies to drive inbound leads that turn into booked appointments and closed projects.

This is a 100% commission‑based contractor role. You use your own platforms and methods to generate inbound traffic through your unique referral link. No fixed hours, no base pay, and no required schedule — just trackable results.

**What You’ll Do**

* Use the platforms you’re strong on (Discord/Slack communities, Facebook/LinkedIn groups, Reddit, X, newsletters, blogs, etc.) to get Crezivanta in front of serious buyers
* Create posts, replies, features, or placements that:
* provide real value to the audience, and
* naturally point to Crezivanta using your ?ref=code link
* Direct interested prospects to the site or booking page when it makes sense
* Answer simple questions and guide people toward the booking flow
* Your core outcome:
* People click your link →
* They book a call →
* Closers handle the call, agreement, and payment →
* You earn on closed deals tied to your ref code

You are not responsible for running sales calls, negotiating pricing, or sending payment links. Your job is to create inbound demand that becomes booked calls.

**Compensation (Commission‑Only)**

* 5% of Net Revenue on eligible client payments tied to your ref code
* Net Revenue = the amount Crezivanta actually receives after processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and directly deducted taxes
* Payouts in USD via Direct Bank Transfer, Wise, PayPal, after client payment clears
* Full details are outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement and the Inbound Growth Operator Addendum

**7‑Day Trial Window**

Before full access, we start with a short 7‑day trial so both sides can confirm the workflow is a good fit.

During the 7‑day trial:

You’ll receive:

* Your unique tracking link
* The full Inbound Growth Operator process document

You can use any platforms and methods you prefer, as long as you follow brand and compliance guidelines.

The goal is simple:

Within 7 days, generate at least one booked call through your referral link.

If that booked call later becomes a paying client, you earn full commission under the Addendum and ICA, even if it started during the trial.

If after 7 days you feel good about the workflow and you’ve generated at least one booked call through your referral link, we continue with full access.
