Working Nurse Homecare Agency, one of the leaders in Home Health care is looking for Registered Nurses to join our team of elite clinicians!

Working Nurses is one of the preferred post-acute care partners for hospitals, physicians, and families in the Broward County, Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast areas. We deliver high-quality care that empowers patients to manage their health at home. Hospitals and health systems around the areas have partnered with Working Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in the home.

The home health RN is responsible for providing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care to include comprehensive health, monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.

The ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of Medicare, excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be computer proficient.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of practice required.
• Proficient in documentation
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with Geriatric and Pediatric patients preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Treasure Coast and surrounding areas for long / short term assignments.
