Entry-Level Cable Technician

Every day is different. As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include: installing, activating, and troubleshooting residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services; diagnosing and resolving service issues efficiently; educating customers on their equipment and services; testing signal quality and ensuring every installation meets company standards; completing upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance; accurately documenting completed work using mobile applications; maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and inventory; following all company safety policies and procedures; and continuing developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications.

We're more interested in attitude than experience. You could be a great fit if you are reliable and dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable using technology, customer-focused, self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to learn and grow.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, being at least 23 years old, ability to pass a background check and drug screening, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet, able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions, and flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Earn $800$1,200+ per week. Your compensation is performance-based, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as your skills, productivity, and quality improve. Top-performing technicians regularly earn above these averages through performance incentives and advancement opportunities.
