LOCATION - CRESTON, IOWA

The Pathway Navigator & Program Systems Specialist supports the PACE and GAP tuition assistance programs while providing department-wide support for course and program management, data systems, reporting, and program operations. The position helps students access education and training opportunities, identify education and career goals, connect with support services, and navigate their training experience. The position also creates and maintains course and program information in department enrollment and registration systems and supports accurate data collection and reporting across Business & Community Development programs. The individual works closely with college departments, community organizations, workforce partners, software vendors, and department staff to support student success, effective program operations, accurate reporting, and workforce development initiatives. Qualifications: Experience in education, advising, counseling, human services, workforce development, program administration, or a related field preferred. Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information. Comfort using computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and software applications. Ability to learn and effectively use new technology and software systems.
