Line Cook & Meal Prep Specialist

Clean Eatz is seeking a dedicated and skilled team member to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position combines the roles of a Line Cook and Meal Prep Assembler to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and the timely preparation of high-quality, nutritious meals. Responsibilities: Line Cook Duties: Prepare and cook menu items according to Clean Eatz recipes and specifications. Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes. Maintain a clean and organized cooking station. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Meal Prep Assembler Duties: Assemble and package meal prep items following established guidelines. Ensure accuracy in portioning and packaging of meals. Label and date all prepared items for storage and inventory purposes. Assist in organizing and managing inventory to minimize waste. General Responsibilities: Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Clean Eatz team. Participate in training programs to continually enhance culinary skills. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role. Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
