Description of the Role The Luxury Franchise Service Manager at Paretti Imports is responsible for overseeing the provision of exceptional service to our High-Line car franchise customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our high-line car brand and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and customer experience Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with luxury car brand representatives Monitor service department performance, including financial targets, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring service department remains at the forefront of the luxury car industry Requirements Prior experience in the luxury car industry, preferably in a service management role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging customer situations with diplomacy and professionalism Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in computer programs and systems related to automotive service management Benefits Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $120,000 per year Comprehensive healthcare and dental plans Paid vacation and sick leave 401(k) retirement savings plan Employee discounts on luxury car purchases About the Company Paretti Imports is a leading luxury car dealership located in Metairie, Louisiana.
