Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, working within the scope of nursing practice and adhering to relevant guidelines, ethics, and standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care across various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Oncology, Neurology, and Orthopedics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold patients' rights. Adhere to institutional policies, state regulations, and ethical standards. Participate in a dynamic Float Pool environment to gain broad clinical experience and improve assessment and communication skills. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year). Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred). Current RN license in Missouri. Certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
