Senior Property Condition Analyst APCR Specialist (Remote)

EBI Consulting is seeking a Senior Assessor to perform Acquisition Property Condition Reports (APCR). You will conduct field assessments, interview onsite staff, and research local resources, delivering detailed reports with roofing, MEP, and façade evaluations.
