Teller - Part Time

Job Details Location: San Francisco, CA 94102. Position Type: Part Time. Salary: $25.00/hr. Desired Hours: 29 hours per week. Availability: Monday to Friday flexible (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), 3 full days of 8 hours and 1 day with a 5 hour shift with no lunch. What is a Teller? As a Teller you will handle cash, interact with members, and promote Provident’s products and services to help members manage their finances successfully. This role provides a foundation for future career possibilities within Provident. Responsibilities Assist members with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, loan payments, and ATM/Debit card replacements. Recognize member needs and make referrals that may benefit them. Deliver outstanding customer service consistently. Attend outreach/promotional events once a month or as needed. Qualifications Great energy and the ability to execute procedures. Excellent customer service skills; bank teller experience preferred but experience in cash handling or retail acceptable. Desire and ability to learn new things. Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
