Job Duties Analyze fleet data across systems to identify gaps, improve performance, and standardize reporting Support data-driven decisions on equipment purchases and lifecycle management Lead telematics system adoption and promote best practices across operations Develop dashboards and tools that provide clear, actionable insights Collaborate with teams to deliver training, communication, and reporting support Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experience Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business field of study. Good technical knowledge. Good organizational and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication, documentation, interview, and active listening skills. Experience with data manipulation, dashboards or visualizing trends. Work Authorization Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
