Remote Travel Experience Specialist

Seeking individuals with customer service and communication skills who are detail-oriented and enjoy helping clients plan and coordinate vacations cruises hotels Airbnbs resorts theme park tickets and a variety of other travel experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Help clients arrange vacations cruises hotel stays resorts tours and other travel experiences
• Explore travel options that align with clients preferences needs and budgets
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
• Keep up with supplier promotions travel deals and special offers
• Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
• Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support
