Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Software Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of next-generation AI platforms and intelligent systems. This individual will be responsible for architecting scalable software solutions, developing AI-enabled applications, and integrating enterprise data platforms to support advanced AI and machine learning initiatives. Candidates must possess deep hands-on development expertise in addition to architecture leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build enterprise-scale software platforms from the ground up.
Architect and develop AI and machine learning solutions, including AI agent-based applications.
Lead software architecture efforts from low-level system design through full application stack implementation.
Integrate AI platforms with enterprise technologies and data ecosystems such as Databricks and Snowflake.
Develop scalable software frameworks, services, and APIs to support AI workloads.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across engineering teams.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine appropriate integration strategies.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to operationalize AI solutions in production environments.
Serve as a hands-on contributor capable of coding, reviewing architecture, and solving complex technical challenges.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of software architecture and software development experience at a senior engineer, technical lead, or architect level.
Hands-on experience building large-scale software platforms and architectures.
Experience designing systems from low-level architecture through application delivery.
Strong software engineering background with demonstrated coding expertise.
Practical experience developing AI, machine learning, or agentic AI solutions.
Experience integrating applications with modern data platforms, including Databricks and Snowflake.
Ability to rapidly learn and contribute in a fast-paced, high-pressure development environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions rather than solely providing architectural guidance.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-native platforms and AI agents.
Expertise spanning software architecture, AI/ML engineering, and cloud-native development.
Experience integrating AI solutions into complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of modern AI development tooling and workflows.
Experience leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
Prior experience owning both architecture and implementation across multiple technology domains.
