We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to drive our company forward, and help us lead the clean energy revolution! Drive Business Outcomes: Deeply understand your assigned business units (their operational goals, financial drivers, and challenges) and build tailored people strategies that directly advance those objectives Guide Growth and Change: Lead org design, cultural initiatives, and change management so teams stay resilient, aligned, and well-supported through scale Turn Insights into Action: Use HR metrics and employee feedback to identify real friction points, partnering with leaders and the People Team to deploy practical solutions Own Core Programs: Oversee end-to-end execution for workforce planning, compensation, succession, and performance management across your groups Navigate Tough Situations with Care: Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee issues and continuously improve our playbook to mitigate risk and protect our culture Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page your business units Benefits Medical: We offer robust medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
