You'll: Be a Problem Solver: Support the Business Operations Manager on cross-functional initiatives to tackle key strategic and operational challenges. Analyze & Inform: Dive into data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and find new opportunities to make our processes better. Tell a Story with Data: Create reports and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Collaborate with the Best: Partner with teams across Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to bring projects to life. What you have: You're a student with a sharp mind, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for making things run smoothly. You're currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations , or a related field. You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . You're a pro at breaking down complex issues. You’re proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and slide presentations . Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a major plus. You’re excited about the fast-paced, dynamic environment of a startup and have a passion for sports. Working at PrizePicks: The hourly rate for this position is $30/hr. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
