About the Role
The Company is seeking a Client Implementation Manager, Vice President to oversee the successful coordination and implementation of business changes and new business installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely completion of all events. This role is pivotal in driving accountability, maintaining the highest standards of conduct and integrity, and continuously seeking opportunities to minimize risk. The Client Implementation Manager will also be tasked with managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, as well as challenging current processes to reduce complexity and seeking improvements to increase efficiency and global consistency. Applicants for the Client Implementation Manager, Vice President position at the company should have a relevant degree in finance, accounting, or economics, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a strong technical knowledge of client onboarding, transitions, and project coordination, preferably on the investment management side. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and maintaining collaborative relationships and will be a leader who can inspire and support their team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
